A method built through experience, comparison and constant research to get the best out of each training session, reminding us that first and foremost we must aspire to well-being in the water and within ourselves. That is why we built the core of our method around Yoga, meditation and visualization practices. Creating a good balance between mind and body  is the ultimate  tool to transcend our limits and become stronger and more aware freedivers.
