This experience is designed for complete beginners or those with little experience in the water. Rather than chasing numbers, depth, or performance, this program approaches freediving as a tool for inner awareness, emotional balance and embodied presence.

You will learn freediving foundations — breathing techniques, safety principles, relaxation layers, and efficient movement — through a gentle and structured method. Alongside this, you’ll explore meditation, breathwork, Qi Gong and mindful movement to regulate the body and soften the mind.

With guidance above and below the surface, you’ll discover how stillness changes the way you relate to challenge, how breath reshapes perception, and how the ocean mirrors every emotional state.
