About your cruise
A journey across water, breath, and inner depth.
Sailing through the Egadi archipelago is an experience that stays with you. The islands of Levanzo, Marettimo and Favignana offer secluded bays, turquoise coves, and wild coastlines shaped by wind and time, a landscape that invites silence, wonder and exploration.
Each day unfolds on board a comfortable sailing vessel, your floating home and base for diving, resting and sharing meals together. The beauty of the sea is matched by the richness of Sicilian cuisine, fresh, local, and prepared with the unmistakable flavors of the island tradition.
Freediving sessions are guided by experienced instructors, creating a safe and supportive space for both depth training and recreational underwater exploration. From wrecks and caves to crystal-clear shallows, the sea here holds stories worth diving into.
But this experience is more than a freediving trip. Every day integrates practices that restore and ground you:
• Guided meditation to soften the mind and reconnect within
• Breath work to regulate the nervous system and deepen awareness
• Qi Gong to harmonize body and energy with gentle movement
On land, the connection with nature continues, trekking ancient paths, visiting archaeological sites, and exploring the villages that keep the rhythm of island life.
This cruise is designed for those who seek more than a holiday.
It is for those who want to dive with presence, sail with intention, and live close to the elements, between sea, wind, and inner stillness.
About the sailing yacht
Our sailing yachts are fully equipped with all the comforts needed to enjoy life at sea, whether along the coast or offshore. They’re ideal for a week-long cruise and perfectly suited for freediving sessions, helping with the sailing, practicing yoga, joining workshops, or simply relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the journey.
Although each boat can accommodate up to 10 people, we welcome a maximum of 6 participants per cruise to ensure space, privacy and comfort on board. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, with friends or family, you can book a cabin or reserve the entire boat, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The yachts are classic single-hull (monohull) sailing boats, the original and most versatile design for all sea conditions, from calm to windy and wild. Each vessel features four comfortable cabins, every one with its own private bathroom, storage space and generous headroom. The layout sleeps up to 8 guests including crew.
On deck, the design allows for smooth and safe movement between the cockpit, foredeck and lounging areas, thanks to gently sloping side decks and an open layout. The atmosphere is both functional and elegant, a perfect balance between sailing performance and onboard wellbeing.
About the crew
Martino is a certified freediving instructor (since 2021), athlete and professional safety diver with a holistic approach to the water.
His teaching blends technique with inner work, integrating yoga, breath work, meditation and Qi Gong to support both performance and emotional balance.
The Egadi Islands, especially Favignana, are not just a destination for him, but a personal homeland.
Martino has spent every summer there since childhood and knows the archipelago intimately, above and below the surface. With him, you’ll not only dive safely and consciously, you’ll discover the hidden soul of these islands through the eyes of someone who belongs to them.
Nicolas started freediving in 2018 on the island of Koh Tao, Thailand and shortly after, signed up for a freediving educational program in one of the most prestigious freediving schools in the world, becoming a freediving instructor.
Having grown up by the ocean in his native Brittany, he is passionate about the sea and any aquatic activities. Having in mind the project of founding Freediving Cruises for many years, he eventually became a professional skipper in 2020 to make his dream come true.
Realizing how much Mediterranean countries had to offer in terms of ocean beauties, either islands, pristine waters or marine life, he decided to offer his services and share his knowledge, skills and experience with other sea lovers.
